ServiceNow, the enterprise IT cloud company, has signed an agreement to acquire Neebula Systems for approximately $100 million. The addition of ServiceWatch will augment the capabilities of other ServiceNow IT Operations Management products such as Event Management, Orchestration and Discovery. InfiniDB has released version 4.6 of its fourth generation columnar data platform, which includes enhanced support for large-scale join operations and support for additional data load commands to speed the extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) process.
