Progress Software is releasing two new drivers for its DataDirect connectivity suite that will better enable integration and support of more than 200 of the most popular data sources. The all-cash transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2015, subject to customary closing conditions, is valued at approximately $1.2 billion.
